Founded in 1979 and part of the city group, this foundation rents homes to people aged 60 and over. It has nearly 700 apartments in around 30 residential and service housing properties. Alongside accessible housing, residents can use guidance on housing and daily life and join voluntary clubs with games, exercise, music and trips.
Applications can be submitted online or by post. Retta Isännöinti Oy handles tenant selection; service housing is accessed through the wellbeing services county's client guidance. The county provides residents' care services. The office entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible.
