Set in the former Kantola woodworking factory, the gym serves private and corporate customers. Strength equipment includes free weights, several bench press stations, a deadlift platform and machines. There is space and equipment for aerobic exercise, warm-ups and stretching, including a Niqama stretching bench.
A massage chair, women's infrared sauna and men's traditional sauna are available. The lounge sells recovery drinks, protein products and supplements. Event equipment rental includes metre-wide paella pans, sausage grills and coffee machines. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
