The swimming hall has pools for swimming, water fitness and leisure: a children's pool, a 25 m eight-lane lap pool, a 25 m multi-purpose pool, a diving pool and an outdoor cold pool. The gym has Gym80 and Matrix equipment, and the sauna section has two saunas, a steam sauna and an infrared sauna. A sports hall of about 400 m² can be used for exercise and events. The gym age limit is 15 unless it is a supervised group activity.
The programme includes virtual water fitness, beginner swimming lessons and school swimming. TG Cafe on site serves snacks, hot and cold drinks and swimming gear, with lunch for groups. Hair dryers are not provided in the changing rooms. Parking for customers is free and has an electric car charging point. The entrance, changing rooms, showers and toilets are wheelchair accessible, and a lift serves the gym floor.
