Around 400 members take part in the club's activities each week, ranging in age from two to over 80. The club invests in instructor training and encourages children to continue being active into adulthood. Recreational groups include boys' artistic gymnastics.
Activities take place in the arena facilities, with registration through MyClub. Office visits must be arranged in advance as the office is not regularly open. Parking and access into the premises are wheelchair accessible.
