The service centre belongs to the Ministry of Finance's administrative branch and handles finance and HR for state organisations, state-owned companies and public-sector bodies. Work includes payroll, employment matters, recruitment support, HR legal advice, travel claims, purchase and sales invoices, bank statements, debt collection and financial statements.
Services are intended for organisations. Analytics and reporting support management, and software robotics is used in the work. The centre employs about 700 people and offers state staff training and orientation, including guidance on the Kieku portal and business travel.
