The farm belongs to a family-owned lettuce and herb grower with roots in the early 1970s. Products are supplied to retailers, hotels, restaurants and catering businesses. Lettuce varieties include frisée, Lollo Rosso and romaine.
The company acquired this farm in 2024 to expand production. It follows its own sustainability programme, including climate goals and a code of conduct.
