The state body responsible for defence property has been a subsidiary of Senate Properties since 2021. Services cover construction, property maintenance, cleaning and environmental work at Finnish Defence Forces sites across Finland.
The focus is on security, readiness and preparedness. Environmental management is ISO 14001 certified. Property customers have access to a shared online service portal with Senate Properties.
