The former margarine factory, built in 1911, houses permanent businesses and rotating pop-up shops. The range spans vintage, antiques, second-hand and new interiors and lifestyle items. An art gallery presents original works by Eric Vasström, and the building includes Milou wine bar and café with a terrace.
Private events and private shopping sessions can be arranged. Flexible retail premises are rented to entrepreneurs. Drottningberg park lies in front of the building, and accessible parking is available.
