Founded in 1992, the consultancy specialises in heating, water and ventilation design and construction-stage supervision. Projects include detached houses, terraced and apartment buildings, and wood-chip and district heating plants. Clients are mainly private small-scale builders, with larger projects also undertaken.
Work begins with a design meeting and written quotation. Projects can include a start-up meeting and building services supervision, followed by safety and operating instructions for the owner on completion. Work mainly covers Western Finland and Pirkanmaa.
