This art and cultural history museum is based on the life work of sculptor and silhouette artist Emil Herman Robert Cedercreutz (1879–1949). It has a permanent exhibition and changing exhibitions, including works from the Emil Cedercreutz collections. A sculpture park lies on the grounds, and the museum also presents the public sculptures and memorials of the surrounding town. Its website features an object of the month.
There is a museum shop and a museum café, and the museum offers museum education and guided group visits. Its premises can be hired for events, and the museum hosts events of its own. The website has an accessibility page and information in English. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
