Municipal outreach youth work supports people aged 15–29 who are outside education or employment or need help with personal matters. Workers assist with everyday life and future plans and guide young people towards suitable services.
Participation is voluntary and confidential. Workers can be met at schools, workshops, conscription events and youth drop-in venues. Young people or professionals working with them can submit an online contact request. The office is at the activity centre, with contact also available by phone, email and social media.
