This private café and restaurant stands on the Highway 4 route beside the Tainionvirta river, with views over the water. A buffet lunch of home-style cooking is served daily from 11 to 16. The café side offers house-made coffee pastries and sweet and savoury baked goods. Alongside the daily buffet there are à la carte dishes and rolls, and bowls have replaced salads on the updated dish menu. A vegetarian option is offered daily, meat is domestic unless stated otherwise, and allergen information is available at the till.
Thanks to a two-sided buffet line, group lunches and coffee breaks can be ordered in advance. The rooms host meetings, training days, parties, Christmas lunches and Christmas parties. Children and dogs are welcome indoors and outdoors, and there is a children's play area. An electric vehicle charging point is on site, and the premises are accessible.
