The two-storey log villa stands on the shore of Lake Vanajavesi beside the Kriippi nature conservation area. It has a wood-heated sauna, fireplace and private shoreline with fishing possible from the jetty. It accommodates up to six adults and two children.
Year-round rental and wireless internet are available. Indoor smoking and pets are prohibited, as are camping and extra accommodation on the grounds. The motorway is about ten minutes' drive away, and traffic noise can sometimes be heard outside depending on the wind direction.
