Run by the Toukokuun Nuorisoseura youth association, the hall has a stage and table seating for about 100–120 people. A separate café area beside the kitchen accommodates around 40–50. The venue is used mainly during summer for weddings, graduation parties and birthdays. There are indoor toilets and a cloakroom area in the entrance hall.
The hire period runs from collecting the keys to returning them, including preparation and cleaning. Hirers arrange food, table settings, decorations and final cleaning. The café, hall, toilet and entrance are wheelchair accessible. The large yard has ample parking, and the back yard can be used for summer events.
