The renovated rooms are right in the town centre, with single, double and triple rooms that also suit larger groups. In total there is space for about 30 guests. Hotel guests can use a renovated sauna section, heated on request, and restaurant services can be arranged for it. Party and meeting rooms can be hired for corporate events and family celebrations. Breakfast is available, the rooms have air conditioning and pets are welcome.

The courtyard offers free outdoor parking, with some spaces fitted with heating posts for cold weather. The Kymijoki riverbank is about 100 metres away and the market square 200 metres, and the long-distance bus stop on Kaivokatu is a short walk. There is no airport transfer.
