The chain's outlet has self-service wash bays as well as automatic washing. The chain uses WashTec machines, offers brushless washing and ShineTecs wax, uses organic wash products and recycles wash water.
Membership allows unlimited washes at the chain's locations according to the selected tier. The initial contract lasts 12 months and then continues on a rolling basis. Tiers determine access times and available machines. Business car wash packages are also offered.
