Cars can be rented for a day to a month, with replacement vehicles available while a customer's own car is being repaired. Home and airport delivery are offered. Vehicles can be handed over around the clock at different locations, with roadside assistance provided by an external partner.
Enquiries can be made by phone or through the online form. A credit card is not required if the customer's credit record is in order. A personal identity code is requested for the credit check. Rental mileage is included.
