The grooming salon looks after household dogs: full clips, plucking, bathing and drying, nail trimming and paw care. It also does ear hair plucking, sanitary trimming and undercoat removal for large dogs. Mixed-breed and large dogs are groomed by agreement, and cats and rabbits are welcome for nail trimming.
The groomer works with one dog at a time to keep the room calm. Owners may stay to support their dog, dogs can move freely on the table, and forced restraint is avoided. The salon is in the Malmin Nova centre, and the entrance and seating are wheelchair accessible, but there is no accessible toilet or hearing loop.
