This Finnish family-owned company, founded in 2012, runs an online shop and a physical store. It sells domestic beef, pork and other meats cut in-house every week, including special cuts and organs. The meat comes from five small Finnish slaughterhouses, the beef is grass-fed and the origin is shown per carcass. Industrial additives and preservatives are avoided, and the range includes its own cured products, broths and bone soup. There are also keto and low-carb gluten-free baked goods and ready meals, plus dried beef mince for snacking and hiking.
The store offers a daily lunch where the meat is chosen from the counter and cooked to order. It also serves as a pickup point for the online shop of the Saloniemi cheese dairy. Home delivery is available, and on Friday evenings orders can be collected from a parking spot in Sundsberg. The entrance, car park and seating are wheelchair accessible, but there is no accessible toilet or hearing loop.
