The foundation rents out apartments to young adults aged 18 to 29 who work or are looking for work. Residents may live in the apartments until they turn 35. The apartments are spread across five locations in Southern Finland, mostly in the capital region and neighbouring municipalities. Support for housing is offered alongside the rentals.
Applications are made online, where you can search for apartments and fill in an application. Pets are welcome in all apartments. The website has sections for residents with practical building information, fault and disturbance reporting, and moving checklists. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
