Located at Kaapelitehdas, the studio provides project plans, on-site measurements and technical specifications. Installation is scheduled with the client. Cabinetry has a three-year guarantee; appliances are covered by their manufacturers. Appointments are required on some days, and information can be requested online. Accessible parking, seating and a toilet are provided, but there is no hearing loop.
