The event and meeting venue accommodates 20 to 120 people. Its main hall is about 160 m², with a stage, pull-down projection screen and five-metre mirror. Built in 1983, the building was renovated in 2020–2021. Equipment includes around 130 chairs, 29 tables, two serving tables and wireless internet.
The kitchen has an electric stove, convection oven, microwave, fridges and a commercial dishwasher. Guests may bring their own food, drinks and caterer. Rental packages allow setup the day before and cleanup the day after; floor cleaning is included. A private parking area is on the sand lot beside the building.
