The natural cosmetics business combines an online shop, a physical shop and a treatment room. The owner selects the products and replenishes stock in small batches. Individual skin care consultations last about an hour and include a home-care product set. Facials are tailored individually, with home-care products purchased through the business.
Standalone relaxation treatments without home-care products are not offered. Gift cards cover consultations and product purchases, but not treatments. Product collections without an appointment are sometimes possible on designated weekdays. The shop closes for July.
