The non-profit foundation offers rental housing for students in full-time, degree-leading higher education in the capital region. Homes are near educational institutions and public transport, with shared apartments and communal living options. University student unions and other student bodies are behind the foundation.
Applicants submit a housing application and receive offers as homes become available. Waiting times range from a few weeks to over a year. The office entrance is wheelchair accessible.
