The third-floor shop beside the metro platform sells second-hand, repaired, upcycled and new goods. Its range includes kitchenware, home textiles, clothing, toys, books, music and games. Some items are for rental or shared use, and there is a free-items section.
Donations include clothing, household goods and books, plus small electronics and bicycles, working or broken, as space permits; furniture is not accepted. Online orders can be collected, and home delivery arranged at purchase. Group visits and guided tours are offered. The entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible, but seating is not.
