The second-hand shop is run by Teen Challenge Finland and is funded partly by donations. It accepts bicycles in any condition as well as furniture, clothing, accessories and sports equipment in good condition. Proceeds support drug-free and crime-free living.
The association belongs to the international Christian Teen Challenge network, active in about 130 countries. Its work includes a drop-in centre with free coffee, peer support groups, free meals and help with paperwork. A bicycle repair workshop offers maintenance and repairs, and work activities are available in bicycle restoration and the shop. Youth evenings for ages 12 to 16, trips and camps are also organised.
