Building quality assurance services include airtightness testing, thermal imaging, surface and drilled-hole moisture measurements, leak detection and tracer gas tests. Measurements examine heat leaks, insulation defects, thermal bridges and airflow through structures.
Projects include offices, schools, shopping centres, homes and care buildings. Work focuses on Southern Finland, with other locations by agreement. Energy performance certificates are provided in cooperation with an experienced partner.
