Founded in 2003, the consultancy specialises in development finance, blended public-private finance and impact investing support. It assists public and private actors with investments, projects, programmes and impact assessment, particularly in emerging and frontier markets.
Services include designing, developing and evaluating financing instruments, alongside studies, research and reports. International assignments have included evaluations for the foreign ministries of Denmark and the Netherlands and for NORAD. In 2024 it independently reviewed NEFCO financing for Nordic green-technology SMEs.
