Founded in 2009, the procurement cooperative manages indirect purchasing for its member companies. It acts as an outsourced resource for tenders, supplier relations and sustainability work. Around 90 framework agreements cover facilities, maintenance supplies, professional services, logistics, in-house logistics and travel.
Category teams combine members' purchasing and business expertise. Support spans tender planning, supplier selection, contract rollout and follow-up. Supplier quality, delivery reliability and sustainability are monitored, including through ESG audits. Members access contracts in a secure database. The entrance, parking, toilet and seating are wheelchair accessible.
