This building services contractor carries out LVIS installations in buildings: heating, ventilation, plumbing and electrical work. Its sister company PKS-Service handles property maintenance and servicing of technical systems. Contract models include alliance, design-build, lump-sum, cost-plus and project management contracts. The company also offers technical consulting, cost estimates and building services design from architectural drawings.
Its projects have included offices, shopping centres, hotels, schools, hospitals, warehouses and other specialised facilities. Since 1 September 2022 it has been part of the Swedish Currentum group, together with PKS Service Oy.
