The company provides mental coaching for athletes, individuals, teams and business leaders. Its founder and managing director is Johanna Konttila, and the coaching model is based on cognitive science and bio-psycho-physiology. Athlete coaching covers individual and team sports, including juniors. Individual coaching helps with exam or performance preparation, career development and self-confidence. For businesses there is coaching for management teams, boards, leaders and experts, plus strategy and values workshops.
Sessions can be held in person at the office or elsewhere, or remotely by computer. Team coaching is tailored to the team and can take place at a location of the client's choice. Workplaces can also book lectures and training days with customised content, and the coaching team is assembled according to the client's needs.
