The city's guidance service for ages 15–29 helps with job seeking, studies, career choices, housing, personal finances and entrepreneurship. Several advisers can be available during the same visit. It also runs groups and workshops such as CV writing sessions.
No appointment is needed. Advice is also available by phone, email and Discord, with anonymous job-search questions through Jodel. The street-level premises have wheelchair access and an accessible toilet. Metro, bus and tram connections are available.
