The residents' community house offers culture, learning and hobbies. Its roughly 200-square-metre hall is used for sport, dance, theatre, music and events and can be hired. Smaller spaces include a multipurpose room, an art classroom with a kiln and music teaching rooms. The Musikantti children's cultural centre operates here.
The lobby has a café, lounge, children's play area and open Wi-Fi. Activities include family play sessions for preschool children and a club for over-60s. A van can be hired through GoMore. Wheelchair access is provided to the entrance and toilet, with accessible parking available.
