The culture centre houses an adult education institute, a youth centre and a library, along with a café and cultural services. The programme and activities are developed according to residents' wishes, with resident representatives recruited and events and ideas put to a vote.
The third-floor lobby has an open learning environment where you can work. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible. The café is handy for a break during your visit.
