Honey is produced at the company's own apiaries and by selected contract beekeepers. The range includes raspberry, fireweed, clover and heather honeys. Extraction uses solar power, with minimal processing and no unnecessary heating or ultrafiltration.
Sales are direct to consumers by home delivery within the sales area or collection, rather than through shops or markets. Custom-labelled gift and fundraising products are offered to businesses, clubs and schools. A youth ambassador programme provides sales and entrepreneurship experience.
