Founded in 1976, the travel agency focuses on representing international airlines in Finland as a general sales agent. It provides airline call centre services, reservations, ticketing and telephone sales using Amadeus, Sabre and Gabriel SITA.
Work includes group allotments, ticketing deadlines, reissues, name changes and extras such as baggage and seats. Sales and marketing cover travel trade contacts, fairs, educational tours and market research. The agency is IATA-accredited and a member of the Association of Finnish Travel Agents and PATA Finland.
