The island summer villa has five rooms for 2–4 people, with 16 beds in total, extra beds and a cot. Shared rooms include a kitchen, dining hall and fireplace room. A wood-fired shore sauna takes 7–8 people, with a separate grill shelter; the island has nature trails, viewpoints and a forest church.
Rental is restricted to members of the engineers association and Uudenmaan Insinööriopiskelijat UIO ry. Rooms or the villa can be booked through an online summer-season calendar, with restrictions on whole-villa summer weekends. Guests share responsibility for the self-service site.
