This private guitar school in Jätkäsaari is run by teacher Joni Kosonen. It teaches electric guitar to adults and young people from the age of 13, with no upper age limit. The specialities are rock, metal and blues electric guitar styles. Each student gets an individual learning plan, and lessons cover techniques, songs, theory and improvisation.
Lessons are arranged flexibly with no fixed weekly time, and membership runs month to month without a long commitment. Guitars can be borrowed for lessons, and help is given with choosing a guitar for home. Gift vouchers are available, and the culture vouchers ePassi and Edenred are accepted for payment. The school is near Ruoholahti metro station and tram lines 8 and 9, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
