Storage units, garages and hobby spaces are available in three halls containing around 80 units. Sizes range from about 4.9 to 18 m², with either a roll-up door or a walk-in door. The buildings entered use in 2023 and use solar panels and battery storage for heating.
Each unit has its own entrance from the yard and can be accessed around the clock. The site has camera surveillance and outdoor lighting at night. Contracts run until further notice with a two-month notice period.
