The shopping centre has shops, restaurants and services under one roof. Parking is free for the first three hours in the parking hall and the yard, and after that it is charged per 30 minutes. Facilities include a defibrillator, an ATM, a bottle return point, a parcel point and a post machine. A solar power plant and electric car charging are listed among its services.
The accessible entrance is the main door at the market end, with a lift to the market level, and an accessible toilet is on the first floor. A Rinki recycling point for clothes, paper, plastic, glass, metal and cardboard stands between the centre and a nearby service station. Seasonal events such as a Christmas market are held, and vendors are sought for them.
