Neapolitan-style pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven at about 450 °C. The dough is leavened for 48 hours, and the ingredients are Italian 00 flour, Neapolitan tomatoes and cow's-milk mozzarella. The short one-page menu lists classic Neapolitan pizzas. The restaurant belongs to the Finnish Sotto Pizzeria chain, which started in Turku in 2023.
You can dine in, take away or have pizza delivered, with orders placed through the website. Group orders suit office lunches and parties, and there is a children's corner on site. No reservation is needed and there is no dress code. Kalasatama metro station is within walking distance. The entrance and seating are wheelchair accessible, but the toilet is not.
