This unit of A-klinikka Oy provides opioid substitution treatment for adults with opioid dependence. Medication is combined with personal nurse meetings, peer support, group activities, network work and social guidance. Each treatment plan is individual and follows the referring authority's practices.
Referrals go through the city's or wellbeing services county's substance use service coordinator. A pharmacy agreement is made at the start of treatment. Residents of other areas can also attend with a payment commitment from their wellbeing services county. The entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
