This English-speaking therapy and coaching practice works with neurodivergent adults (ADHD, autism, AuDHD) and adults from sexual and gender minorities, primarily transgender and gender-diverse people. The therapy is person-centred, mainly using Internal Family Systems with a focus on somatic awareness, alongside Polyvagal Theory, Gestalt Theory and Existential Theory. Living skills support and coaching for building accessibility into daily life are also offered.
A free 15-minute phone consultation is available before booking. The practitioner holds a US Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2023) and is a registered member of Psychological Practitioners Finland ry. The practice is not recognised by the Finnish Supervisory Agency, so sessions are not reimbursable through Kela. The entrance, seating and parking are wheelchair accessible, but there is no accessible toilet or hearing loop. The car park is paid, and street parking is free.
