This parking building serves residents of Kruunuvuorenranta and is run by Kruunuvuorenrannan Palvelu Oy. It has a workshop and a shared residents' space. The car wash and car care service Future Carwash Service operates in the same building, offering hand washing, interior cleaning, waxing and coatings for cars parked there. The customer hands over the car key, and the car is returned to its own space after the service.
Tyre changes, seasonal tyre storage and tyre washing are also offered in the Kruunuparkki buildings. Book through an online calendar, by phone or by WhatsApp. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
