The company was founded in 2003 to create a shared product data register for the HVAC (LVI) industry. It runs the LVI-INFO.fi service, a register of nearly 190,000 technical LVI products. Manufacturers and importers maintain the data and are responsible for its accuracy.
The service is intended for designers, contractors, installers, property developers and building owners. LVI numbers serve as official product identifiers in ordering, documentation, design and invoicing. Product records can include environmental data, technical attributes in ETIM format, installation instructions and packaging data. The product search is free and open, and customers get training and webinars at no charge.
