This construction company was founded in 2019 and works as a general contractor, building for developers across Finland. Its work falls into three segments: residential construction, commercial and office premises, and care home construction. It was founded by Pasi Kokko, Pasi Hamunen and Jarkko Puhjo and has about 80 professionals. Recent projects include 272 student homes in Niittykumpu, Espoo, and residential buildings in Ylläs, Oulu, Pakila, Kangasala and Tampere.
The main office is in the capital region, with further offices in Tampere and Kempele. The group includes the subsidiaries Pajala Etelä-Suomi, Pajala Sisä-Suomi, Pajala Pohjois-Suomi and Pajala Tilat. The company is also active in tourism construction in Lapland, with a worksite in Muonio.
