This Finnish family-owned construction group has been operating for over 35 years, and its website speaks of five decades of activity. The parent company is Pohjola Rakennus Group PRG Oy, and the group includes Pohjola Rakennus Oy Suomi, Pohjola Rakennus Oy Toimitilat, Eloisa-asunnot Oy and PRG Property Development Oy. It builds about 800 homes a year, mainly residential apartment buildings and parking facilities.
The group also develops commercial premises for rent or ownership and offers property development. Its main sites are in Tampere and Turku, with a shared office in Jyväskylä, Kuopio and Oulu. Eloisa-asunnot builds homes for residents aged 55 and over. Homes use standard materials that can be arranged in over a thousand layout variations. About 2,000 professionals work on its projects, around 180 of them its own staff.
