The contractor renovates residential buildings and properties, from full refurbishment and upgrades to move-in renovations and service repairs. Projects can cover replacement of building services, interiors, balconies, facades, roofs and yards. Main clients include large rental property owners and municipal housing companies.
Work is also carried out in partly or fully occupied buildings, with efforts to limit disturbance to residents. In-house tradespeople work alongside established subcontractors for building services and specialist tasks. Service repairs are delivered under framework agreements or as separate orders.
