Jyrki Päällysaho's family business renovates homes, housing companies and commercial premises, drawing on more than 25 years in construction. Home projects include bathrooms, kitchens, floors, painting, wallpapering, terraces and paving. Housing company work covers stairwells, balconies, facades and roofs.
Design services cover structural and interior planning and permits, with asbestos surveys as part of renovation projects. A fixed contract quotation is provided after a site visit. The company works in Uusimaa and Lapland resort areas, taking complete projects elsewhere in Finland. Cottage and villa caretaking and cleaning are also offered.
