This sushi bar brings art, music and modern sushi together in one concept. Fusion sushi is handmade in an open kitchen from high-quality ingredients, and the menu offers warm Asian flavours, special sets and fresh poke. A weekday and Saturday lunch sushi buffet includes soup, dessert and coffee or tea. Vegetarian and vegan options are always available.
The owner is the artist and designer Rain Lin, who also works as a painter, and art hangs on the walls. The restaurant hosts birthday parties and company events with tailored sushi sets and decorations. Tables can be booked.
